Great room, full kitchen, three bedrooms, and 2 baths. Lower level has one bedroom with a family room and full bath and an outside separate entrance. Spacious yard and shaded deck to have your morning coffee or afternoon beverage. Watch the birds from the shade of the hammock or fall asleep reading a book. Short drive to local restaurants. Easy 10 minute drive to the Wellfleet Drive-In and Cinema and many popular Eastham and Wellfleet beaches.

Summary: First, I will say that the house is in a nice quiet area with a nice bike/walking path and the realtor was very nice in helping us with the cable. However, while the bathrooms and kitchen were fairly clean, the rest of the house was not. It looked like it hadn't been vacuumed or dusted in a long time. We found dead bugs everywhere. I have pictures. My husband spent the first hour in the house vacuuming up all of the dead bugs and wiping down the ledges. In the bedroom with the twin beds on the main floor there was no padding between the window sashes as there should have been with an in-window air conditioner. My daughter woke up with a lot of bug bites before we figured this out and used a t-shirt to block the opening. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. So you might want to being a mattress topper with you. The King size bed is actually 2 twins pushed together. There was no toilet paper, or paper towels for use. While I knew ahead of time that we would have to bring our own linens and towels. I was not prepared to have to provide the other things. Be prepared for no water pressure in either shower. We did not have cable for a few days. Turns out the cable box was not working and had to be replaced. Once it was connected, there were only a handful of channels available to us it wasn't really worth the effort that was taken to replace the box. We did enjoy our time out of the house, but would not book this one again.
