Negative: When we arrived the flat was not clean. We did report it and they came to clean the next day. The aircon did not work. It was so hot but we could not turn it down especially in the upstairs bedroom. The plugs next to the beds are behind the fitted headboards. There are no 2 pin plugs in the rooms so you need to bring an adapter. Overall dissapointing.
Summary: We have stayed in 2 other flats in the building this one was really bad compared to the other two.
