This cottage is just 9 km from the village of Tobermory and all the activities it has to offer. BEDROOMS 4 Bedrooms 2 Queens, 1 Double, and 3 Singles BATHROOMS Bathroom 1: Tub, Shower, Toilet and Sink KITCHEN Microwave Stove Coffee Maker Toaster Kettle Dishes Pots/Pans Cutlery AMENITIES 43" LCD Smart TV 32" LCD TV Netflix & Prime CD player DVD player Large Stone Fireplace Propane BBQ Kayaks (two singles and one tandem) Outdoor Fire Pit Hot Tub ( $100 additional fee) SHORELINE The shoreline is comprised of limestone. Water depth at the water's edge varies depending on water levels but is usually one foot CHILD SAFETY ISSUES Shoreline is rocky and water gets deep fast. Children should not be left unattended by the water. Lower deck and boardwalks do not have railings and may not be suitable for young children. PRIVACY RATING Four stars out of Five DOCKING FACILITIES The nearest boat docking facilities are located in Tobermory. WHEELCHAIR ACCESS Cottage not designed for wheel chair access. LIMITATIONS Individuals 16 years of age or older count as adults. Kayaks are not available from Oct 1st to June 1st. Pets negotiable: There is a $50 per pet fee. Hot Tub $100 fee. Smoking is not permitted in the cottage, however it is permitted outside. Renters are responsible to clean the cottage and remove all garbage/recycling at the end of the rental period. If this is not done cleaning/garbage disposal fees will be charged.Please note that after placing your reservation, a rental application will be sent to you. You will have 24 hours to fill out the application form. If the form is not returned after the 24 hours, your reservation will be cancelled. This reservation has a No Refunds cancellation policy. There are no refunds given for this property. Our house rules: no smoking, no parties or events, pets permitted. Your reservation is temporarily on hold.
