Complete with 3 Bedrooms, 1.5 Bathrooms, full kitchen, air conditioner, and a private backyard patio to enjoy the amazing San Diego weather! You will have full/private access to the home, upper yard, outdoor patio, and driveway. The lower level of the lot is not accessible to guests. There are stairs leading to the lower level and we ask that guests do not access the stairs and/or the lower lot area.
This is a family friendly, centrally located neighborhood . The home is on a canyon and is equipped with a game room and outdoor patio with canyon views.
