Summary: Customer service was 200%. Carlos BB, the bellhop was great. He provided us with info about the Hotel and the nearby areas. Dafne at the front desk was awesome. She was very friendly and helpful. She was able to up grade our room at our request. Maggie and Karla at the restaurant were very friendly and provided us with great customer service. Great customer service at this Hitel is a common theme. The service at the pool bar was great. A more mature atmosphere is also a common theme in this Hotel, which is what my wife and I were looking for. The location is great. Located right next door to La Isla Shopping Mall. This provided us with great restaurant and shopping options. From McDonald’s to several upscale restaurants, from Prada to local souvenir shops. The bus stops are located just one minute or less from the lobby, or if you prefer a private transportation service, you have may different choices.
