Positive: what an incredible place. very well appointed, with great bedrooms and lots of space. the downstairs room is part of a self contained apartment, very private with its own bathroom and kitchen. the upstairs section has three lovely bedrooms, two bathrooms and a huge living and kitchen space. but it’s the outside areas that are the star. the best we’ve ever stayed in, gorgeous pool area, beautiful gardens, brilliant verandah and outside dining and lounge. and the views! just perfect. we loved our Umbrian hilltop! thanks so much to Daniela for catering our anniversary meal for ten as well. it’s a really special house.
Negative: nothing - just be aware the owners live on site. but they are great and very discreet and helpful.
Summary: Incredible location. brilliant outside space. everything you could want.
