This one-story home is perfectly accessible and family friendly. Only minutes from Canandaigua Lake, Constellation Brands Performing Arts Center and Roseland Wake Park, you are located in the middle of all Canandaigua has to offer!
Three bedrooms can sleep six: two with queen beds and one with a pair of single beds. One queen room has it's own ensuite bathroom.
Pets welcome if approved - please enquire with host. Pet fee is $20/pet per night, with discounts for longer stays.
NO smoking of any kind please - penalty of $150 if ozone machine is required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.
Pets are welcome! Pet fee of $20/night per pet will be requested separately a couple of days before arrival. I'm open to discounts for smaller breeds or longer stays. Please keep all pets off of the furniture and pick up any messes outside prior to departure. Doggy bags are available.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay-great location if seeing the historic sites in Palmyra. Just about 15 minutes away. Canadaigua is a very cute town as well and we loved walking by the boat houses on the city pier and driving by the Victorian homes. We came with our teenagers and a friend and the house worked great.
