Cancellation and collection policy
- When making your reservation you will be charged €3 to check the card and cover management costs in case of cancellation. If it is not cancelled, these €3 will become part of the total payment for the reservation. If you cancel before the 14 days for your registration, you will only be charged the €3 administration fee.
14 days before your registration, you will be charged 50% of the value of the reservation, which will not be refunded (of this first payment) if you cancel between 14 and 7 days prior to your registration.
7 days before your registration, you will be charged the remaining 50% of the total value of the reservation. If you cancel during a period between 7 days and the same day of registration, you will not be refunded the full value of the reservation.
