This stunning 8 bed, 4.5 bath property comfortably sleeps 16 people with full size snooker table and 3 separate living areas and many outdoor decks incl full roof top with views forever and 2 swimming pools will make your stay unforgettable.
The ground floor houses the best entertaining spot you will ever see, with a large open plan area that features a full size snooker table, ping pong table, Flat screen TV, disco ball and bar. This area opens up on to the outdoor area that has not one but two swimming pools (one lap pool and one plunge pool), a built in BBQ area and two separate seating areas on different levels. This prime entertaining pad also overlooks the canal and large pontoon.
The ground floor also houses the spacious, open plan kitchen that overlooks both the indoor and outdoor entertaining areas and the dining room that has seating for eight. There is a theatre room with a large flat screen TV and comfortable seating for eight. There is the perfect bedroom for Nan and Pop or a couple as it has a queen size bed and an ensuite. There is also a second bedroom on this ground level that contains 2 double beds and a powder room.
The second level is home to the master bedroom that has a King size bed, Flat screen TV, huge walk in wardrobe and an ensuite fit for the royals with a large spa bath. The main bedroom has floor to ceiling windows and a balcony with stunning views over the canal. There are five other bedrooms on this level, four house queen beds and share two, two way bathrooms all of these bedrooms have views of either the canal or Glasshouse mountains. The sixth bedroom on this level has a double single bunk combo and a single bed. This level also has a living room with a flat screen TV and comfortable lounger. This property has a roof top entertaining area with breath taking views of the canal, Bribie Islands beautiful Pumicestone passage and Glasshouse Mountains. It is the perfect spot to take up a sun lounger and laze around in the sun admiring the view.
This property will comfortably sleep 16 people with space for everyone and something for everyone to do. The two swimming pools and kayak will keep the kids entertained for hours, the pool table and ping pong table will keep the teenagers happy and the pontoon and multiple indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces will be enjoyable for all ages.
This property has spilt system air conditioners in the all bedrooms as well as ceiling fans in most rooms. You are also most welcome to bring along your small pet but must get approval and pay a small fee . Book this property and you will not be disappointed!

We do not accept schoolies bookings, bucks or hens parties or group bookings for non-family related stays over the schoolies period. Please be careful using the pool table the felt has only recently been replaced and is at the cost over nearly $2000. If the felt is damaged or marked during your stay its replacement will be at your cost. Linen is not included but can be provided for an additional cost.
