The unique layout of this house features an east wing with a game room with a TV, pool table, dartboard, and foosball. There's also a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, single burner, and sink. Access from this side of the house takes you to the pool and breezeway with a covered shady deck area and outdoor shower. It is adjacent to a spacious deck and grassy yard for sun-worshipers.
Upstairs in the east wing is a large sunken family room and a big-screen Roku TV that gives you even more space and another area to rewind and relax, enjoy a great movie, or admire the beautiful natural landscape you see through the many windows. You can even play a tune on the piano. Imagine a family sing-a-long!
The large main suite includes a 55-inch 4K Roku TV, a double-sink bath with shower and jetted tub, and a private deck where you can enjoy your coffee while watching birds on the canal as it winds toward Back Bay. The third floor includes a loft with a 4K Roku TV perfect for gaming, desk, and western water views. There is also a bedroom with a desk and another where you can watch the sunrise and catch a glimpse of the ocean. Both have TVs.
A Sage Point is casually decorated throughout with photographic prints, tapestries, music-themed décor, and comfortable seating. The well-equipped kitchen offers granite countertops, two dishwashers, a double oven brand-new in 2021, and a cooktop. The sizeable second-floor dining area is accented with multiple windows overlooking the water and wood flooring. There is a library off the kitchen which is perfect for enjoying a good book or building a puzzle on the adjustable puzzle table. A screened porch adjacent to the dining room is ideal for dining alfresco with a view!
The house is also ideal for remote working, with a mesh network with gigabit internet that keeps you connected in every corner of the space. The Sonos sound system lets you play music throughout the house through multiple speakers simultaneously. Situated on a point of land at the end of a quiet street, there are water views to the south, east, and west of the house. The walk to the beach is safe and fully paved, with very little traffic and a well-marked crosswalk.
THINGS TO KNOW
Propane-powered heat for the pool is only available during the spring April and May, and in the fall for October and November, for an additional charge.

Dock details:
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD300 per stay must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
