At the heart of the Bois du Kador, on the GR 34, 20 minutes walk from the Virgin Island, and 1.5 kms from the beach of Morgat and the shops, this Canadian-style house with two terraces on a plot offers the perfect haven for holidays.
It is a house of 200 m2 habitable Canadian-style wood frame located on a park of 2300 m2. The living area has large volumes, organized around a large double-sided fireplace that overlooks a large open kitchen fully equipped with hob on a central island and bar, a large living room (living room and dining eat) opened on 2 sun terraces to enjoy the sun shines throughout the day.
Three bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 single) on the ground floor, one bedroom en suite with private bathroom and TV, another shared bathroom, three toilets, a 'modular' floor with a large bedroom (double bed + twin bed ) and a mezzanine (double bed) that can accommodate 4/6 people.
A deposit of 1000 € will be required upon your arrival (check or cash)

Summary: We had a very nice holiday in a luxury house. Due to busy traffic, we arrived around 19.00h, this was no problem for the arrival, as we understood by text messages from the owner during our trip. And indeed, we had a warm welcome and guiding in and outside the house. We were surprised about the luxury and also clean house, with a very nice kitchen if you like cooking. There was an issue with the standard internet, but we were offered a solution via 4G at arrival which worked quite well. The weather was quite good, we enjoyed the beaches in the neighbourhood and went to resto's and lunchrooms. At our day of leave, it was up to us at what time to leave. The owner was very gently, as we experienced also before and during our stay: quick reactions on text messages and fluently in English. To summarise: we had a great holiday and if we go back to this region, it will probably be this house again.
