Summary: Stayed one night as we were in the City for a concert. After booking the reservation (requesting a ground floor room), I called to confirm they were able to give us a ground floor room. The lady I spoke to said it was fine but would be double beds instead of queen. We were ok with this. When we checked in, there seemed to be an issue with this. The guy at the counter eventually gave us the ground floor room "this time". Made me feel like I'd done something wrong even though I was told there would be no issues. The room was clean. We had to plug in the one lamp & TV as for some reason they were unplugged. Location is very close to the Gardiner, so there was some traffic noise. Getting in/out of their parking lot is also somewhat complicated. For what we paid, it served it's purpose.
