Azure 117 is a cozy ground floor condo with four bedrooms and three baths accommodating up to ten. Recent upgrades enhance the sunny, bright open-concept space designed for relaxation and comfort. Unwind after a day in the sun in the living room, with new comfortable furnishings, a flat-screen TV, and stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico just steps outside your door. You’ll feel right at home in the kitchen prepping snacks for the beach or whipping up tasty meals on outdoor grills on nights you want to stay in. With seating at the breakfast bar and the new dining room table, everyone will have plenty of room to spread out and relax. Retreat to comfortable bedrooms welcoming you in after a day in the sun. The master suite features a king-sized bed, while two guest suites house queen-sized beds. The kids will love sharing tales of the day in the bunk room, while the sofa bed in the living room offers additional sleeping arrangements. A new washer and dryer will come in handy for quick cleanups during your stay.
With two large pools, a splash pad, and over 500 feet of beachfront property, spend hours on the grounds each day. Beach toys and chairs (available March - October) will make sunning by the shores an all-day event, but take some time to venture out. Cast your line at The Island Pier or take in a dolphin show at the aquarium. The kids will go crazy for Wild Willie’s Adventure Zone, and shops and restaurants make The Boardwalk a fun place for the whole family, all just minutes away!
Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.
