You go into the property through a metal gate and there is a paved road up to the large garage with parking space for 4 cars. Surrounding the house is a large 1500 m² garden with grass, completely fenced off and safe, with a pool and areas for doing different activities.
At the entrance to the house is a large uncovered patio with outdoor furniture just next to a covered porch with barbecue, table and chairs, furniture and direct access to the kitchen. This area is ideal for eating outdoors while enjoying sunny winter days or cool summer evenings.
