Entering the sleeping areas instantly brings a sense of relaxation and calm. With each one as equally enchanting as the next, the bedrooms provide your very own oasis, offering privacy, space and complete comfort, combined with contemporary chic and luxury throughout.
Each suite benefits from personal aircon systems, Wi-Fi, blackout blinds and smart home technology giving complete control of lighting and ambience, amd is complete with a 2 x 2m bed for your comfort.
The Main Suite
The Main Suite is the largest of all the bedroom suites and boasts a Hollywood style dressing room, private sun terrace and freestanding bathtub from where you can enjoy the sumptuous sea views.

Mirrored walls add an essence of extra space in this contemporary chic double room offering
views over the pool and the sea with direct access to the sun terraces and a large en-suite shower
room plus ample storage space.
Suite 2
Another masterpiece of modern design, the monochrome furnishings are elegant and guests can
relax and soak up the views, or walk directly out to the pool and gardens from this welcoming
space. Complete with an en-suite bathroom.
Suite 3
Flooded with natural sunlight, and the same flow of subtle yet stylish design, this room also

We take dining seriously at Can Nemo. Both our indoor and outdoor dining areas have been
designed to accommodate you and your guests, seating up to 22 people in comfort and luxury,
taking great care to ensure your mealtimes are always memorable
Designed personally by Jose, our head chef to enhance every sitting, our kitchens are perfectly
prepared to take you seamlessly from sun kissed breakfasts to starlit dinners, and our bespoke
bar areas provide the perfect place to enjoy sun downers with your guests.
Providing the perfect place to eat throughout the year, our dining areas are welcoming and
spacious, meaning you always have the right place whatever the occasion. Indulge your senses
and choose your favorite tipple whenever it suits you, all the while soaking up the views over
the shoreline.
Our chefs are on hand to ensure that your every dietary requirement is catered for and nothing
is too much trouble for our team when it comes to food and beverages for you and your guests.
Fitness & Spa
Maintain your physical prime with our state-of-the-art Peloton machines, free weights and
fitness technology to be found in the bespoke gymnasium.
A tranquil treatment room provides a space for whatever your heart desires, with a team of
wellness available on request to offer every kind of treatment you could wish for.
The dedicated yoga deck offers the perfect place to practice your yoga poses and maintain your
daily practice whilst on your holiday
Service par Excellence
To ensure your stay is smooth and seamless, we have carefully sourced 7 dedicated staff who
are on call 8 hours per day for 6 days a week. They are happy to take care of all responsibilities
relating to your catering needs, cleaning, laundry, gardening, providing groceries leaving you free
to completely immerse yourself in the beauty of your surroundings.
Can Nemo is now allowing weddings of up to 40 guests during April, May, June, September and
October with a supplement of 10,000€
Wedding duration us for a minimum of 1 week and must comply with local noise regulations and
respect to the surrounding neighborhood

Staff:
In terms of staff, the 7 members of the team work 8 hours a day, 6 days a week. These 8 hours will be distributed according to their preferences.
Cleaning:
Normally the two cleaners work in the morning from 8am to 4pm, this is the time slot with the heaviest workload, to clean rooms, common areas and gym, if you wish cleaning or laundry service later in the day we can organise the team for this.
Food and beverages:
The chefs work one in the morning shift and one in the afternoon shift, but this of course is flexible, depending on your preferences.
The waitress (Caterina) will work an 8 hour working day according to your preferences.
Breakfasts, lunches and dinners will be served family style, and daily communication with the team is open for any request.
Villa Can Nemo will assume the extra costs of staff to provide service for up to 16 people, the staff-guest ratio being as follows:
For services of:
-Up to 8 people: 1 chef, 1 waitress.
-From 8 to 12 people: 2 chefs, 1 waitress.
-From 12 to 16 people: 2 chefs, 2 waitresses.
For services with more than 16 people, the extra cost of staff will be borne by the client.
Basic products:
The basic products: water, milk, coffee, breakfast products, soft drinks, salt, spices, oils, sauces, cooking products will be charged to the client at a flat rate of 250 per week.
Food and drink:
Alcoholic drinks and food are not included in the price.
Multifunction room.
The Multifunction room of Villa Can Nemo is available for guests to watch movies or play play play station.
Use of the room for parties must be notified 48 hours in advance and will be charged 3500€ for room rental and security and bar staff costs.
Drinks are not included in the room hire price, please speak to the Villa manager if you have any queries.
Security:
Villa Can Nemo does not have security personnel, if the client requires this service we can arrange it, the cost being borne by the client.
