Positive: Great location. Very close to the beach. Close to grocery stores, restaurants. 30 min walk to the city center.
Negative: Furniture, equipment, kitchen appliances are heavy weared. A bit dangerous for a little baby (1-2yo) due to a lot of small things kept around the property.
Summary: Awesome private house with a small garden in a great location!
