Despite its peaceful countryside location, the villa is only 15 minutes away by car from Sitges and Vilanova where you can enjoy a large offer of shopping, bars & restaurants, museums or enjoy the wonderful beaches of Costa Daurada. It is also a few minutes drive from Penedes vineyards and its cellars.
Barcelona downtown is only a 45 minutes away and El Prat international airport it is around 30 minutes.

POOL AREA AND GARDEN
A big attraction of Can Felix is the outdoor space. There are multiple terraces and gardens designed to provide the opportunity for all the family to come together to enjoy a fantastic holiday in the Mediterranean sun.
There are numerous areas for relaxing, dining, sunbathing and splashing in a fantastic private swimming pool. The beautiful grass surrounding the pool has sunbeds for relaxing and soaking up the sun.
For outside dining there is a dining table under 60 m2 terrace behind the house surrounded by garden as well as a 40 m2 BBQ area with a stone table and benches including firewood and all that the necessary facilities. There is also a balcony on the front side where you can grab a coffee and enjoy the surrounding views
The gardens include huge variety of fruit and nut trees and many others such as palms, citric trees, linden and laurel tree, and a big variety of flowers and aromatic plants grown by two generations. There are several comfortable lawn areas to lay down, have a sunbath around the pool or simply relax and have a drink.
There is unlimited and free on-street parking at the front and back of the villa and inside the villa there is also space for one car.

- Due to legal requirements, the passports / IDs of all guests have to be provided prior to check-in. A rental contract will be signed off at check-in. A diposit of 300 EUR will be collected and released at check-out provided that no damages or extremely dirty conditions are left.
- The villa is located in a quiet residential area. No parties are allowed. Playing music load outside is prohibited at all times. Other noisy activities outside are not allowed between 22h. and 8 h.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Smoking is possible in all outside facilities with proper care, as we are surrounded by a Natural Park.
- Pets are welcome under previous agreement.
