A beautiful space (Back-in lot) inside the Apple Valley Farm in the heart of Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure Apple Valley Farm is a 15-acre luxury motor coach park with 46 spaces for Class A motor coaches. Inside the park is a beautiful lake with two waterfalls and a working waterwheel. Outside the park guests can experience all amenities including golf, spa, dining, swimming, tennis, and private beach on Lake Lure. Rented golf carts can not be taken to this Lot.
*RV must be a minimum 32' Class A motor coach. You must provide your own motor coach
** No 4 wheel pull behind trailers allowed. Cars must be hitched to motor coach.
*** This property isn't on Lake Lure and is approximately one mile from central amenities.
Golf carts are not allowed on public roads and cannot be taken to the motor coach resort

CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.
