Positive: I arrived at the Campanile to check in. Was greeted with a happy smiling person made me feel welcome straight away. The room was perfect basic but comfortable. I used the restaurant in the evening. The Chef came to take my order explained a few extras ( menu of the day ) etc I ordered my meal I enjoyed the food and the service
