ALL RATES NEGOTIABLE. Set between a quiet cul de sac and the pristine Otter Lake waterfront, Camp Chipperchich (Chipper-Cheech) is the ultimate three-season Adirondack vacation destination. This historic cabin with a large front yard and over fifty feet of private waterfront was completely remodeled in the fall of 2006 in the tradition of an Adirondack Great Camp. New floors, paneling, open ceiling and dramatic Palladian window with a magnificent lake view are only a few of the recent improvements. A second full bath and custom maple kitchen with ceramic tile and natural stone were also added. Because Camp Chipperchich has modern appliances, including a washer and dryer, lakefront fire pit, two full baths on the first floor and two private bedrooms with a unique open loft on the second floor, it is the ideal destination for multiple families. Because of the private dock and large back porch that traverses the length of the cabin, Camp Chipperchich is also great for intimate gatherings as well. Camp Chipperchich includes all linens and towels, fishing gear, kayaks and we are pet friendly. Otter Lake has a convenience grocery and gas station, pubs, antique dealers and is less than fifteen minutes south of the center of Old Forge. Otter Lake features the southern Adirondacks' best fishing, swimming and boating; just jump in our drop a line from the dock. Camp Chipperchich is only steps away from snowmobile trails that connect throughout the Adirondack Park and the large front yard is perfect for trailer storage.
