Located only 15minutes from downtown Ellijay, home of the North Georgia Apple Festival, along Ellijay's "Orchard Highway" highlighting the many orchards, wineries and the local farm store. Just20 minutes from Blue Ridgewhich offers a unique shopping experience and historic "Swan Drive In" for your enjoyment.
The living room has a large leather sofa and 2 large leather recliners with a gas burning fireplace, 65" flat screen TV along with Wi-Fi.
There is a King sized bedroom on the main floor with a dresser, 50" flat screen TVand French doors leading to the back porch. A full private bathroom with a double walk-in shower thatis adjacent to the bedroom.
The Master Bedroom is on the upper level with a King sized bed, dresser, 50" flat screen TV and French doors leading to the private porch overlooking the river, the perfect spot to have your first cup of coffee. A full private bathroom with double sinks, Garden Tub tub and walk-in shower is adjacent to the bedroom.
The back porch, located off the living area, has 4 Adirondack chairs and picnic table and chairs that leads to a gas BBQ grill. This area overlooks the backyard with a fire pit, and standalone deck overlooking the Cartecay River. Enjoy a came of Cornhole in the backyard along the river or spend time in the hot tub enjoyingthe sights and sounds of the river.
This property is equipped with a generator in the event there is a power outage.
