Positive: Great place. Except for next door tenant. Kids so loud banging doors and stuff. Running like hell inside. So annoying. Folks dont read the rules on the wall or their just plain dumbass. Tenant from Kelantan. U guys so rude not thinking bout others try to get comfort and sleep next door..
