Positive: The landlady is incredibly sweet, very welcoming, and the house itself is a small piece of art. You ll likely find puppies and new age music to welcome you. The place provides an interesting experience, combining the cozy environment of a private artsy house and the comfort of a nice private room.
Negative: Everything is as described, including the shared bathroom, so there are no complaints, and i recommend it. I would, however, suggest against it if privacy is very important for you: I do not think it is for everybody.
