Positive: The apartment was fairly spacious (for a studio), bright and comfortable, with a nice view of the back garden in the bedroom. Given its proximity to Camden Town (busy with lots of shops and pubs), the place was relatively quiet with easy access to the tube and close to some great parks (Regent's and Hampstead Heath) as well as groceries. Overall I found it a nice retreat in busy London and my host was very helpful and accommodating.
Negative: Overall I thought it was very comfortable and well set up. Because I like to cook, I would have liked better kitchen knives and the kitchen faucet was a bit wobbly with low pressure.
