A Spanish style villa situated on an elevated site with views of the Atlantic and Caribbean Seas and within a short drive of an 18 hole championship golf course and two beaches.
The villa is situated in an acre of landscaped garden with a gently sloping lawn. There are 3 air-conditioned double bedrooms with ceiling fans. Each bedroom has its own private patio facing the Atlantic coastline and enjoying the cooling Atlantic breezes. Bedroom one has a queen size bed and an ensuite shower room. Both bedrooms 2 and 3 have two single beds and an additional shower room is shared by these bedrooms. This villa sleeps 6
A sitting room, dining room,indoor garden, kitchen and laundry complete the house. The sitting room is equipped with a television complete with Cable Vision and a DVD player. High speed internet access is also available at the villa. The sitting room opens onto a covered patio which adjoins an open patio ( with a built in barbeque) and a full-sized swimming pool and jacuzzi. Please see virtual tour.
Staffing includes: housekeeper - 6 days weekly and a gardener/ general maintenance man 5 days weekly.
Please note that our housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk.
