The small, well-maintained holiday house complex XEMONIA consists of 3 comfortable detached houses with a shared pool. The holiday houses ALIKA, VATHIA, LAGIA (names derived from the three most beautiful villages in Mani) are set on a well-maintained garden and lawn property and resemble the typical architectural style of Maniotic tower houses. The houses are sight-protected by high wild oak and olive trees. Two large palm trees directly at the pool provide the necessary shade on hot days. Oleander bushes and lavender hedges line the boundary of the property.
The houses provide a wonderful view across the Skoutari Bay and the sea. They are tastefully furnished with great attention to detail and are built with a distance of 15mtr between each other.
The roofed terrace at the pool area is furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs. There is one sofa an two armchairs for every holiday house. There are more seating possibilities, sunbeds and parasols at the pool. The shared 66sqm pool (11 x 6m, 0,80m to 2,30m deep, not heated, in operation between 01 May and 31 October) is perfect for refreshing bathing fun for kids and adults. In the garden there is also a shower for the shared use of all guests.
The comfortable two-storey house VATHIA is situated in the middle of the property, frontal to the pool and offers a wonderful, wide view of the sea. Elevated ground floor, access to the house is via 5-6 steps. The holiday house is fitted with local materials and architectural details that are typical for the region. Exposed stone walls, traditional stone floors, bricked sofas and wood are the main characteristics of the interior design.
Adjoining to the living room is the semi-open kitchen with a dining area and the bathroom. From the living room there is direct access to the partly-roofed front terrace with a view of the pool and the sea. On the first floor is the bedroom with a high, wood panelled ceiling. Above the living room is an alcove that can be accessed via a narrow ladder. It is furnished with a mattress (1,40mtr) that is suitable for 2 children. The bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom. From the bedroom you have direct access to a large, partly roofed terrace that offers a magnificent view across the sea,
In winter 2019/2020 a granny flat has been completed on the ground floor of the holiday home. The comfortable and tastefully, brightly furnished holiday apartment consists of a living room with open kitchenette, a separate bedroom and a bathroom. In the bedroom and the living room there is room for 2 persons each. From the living room there is direct access to the garden and the pool. The holiday apartment can only be booked in combination with the main house. You can book this as an extra in the next booking step.
Please note that for a booking with 2-4 persons the main house is available. The granny flat is available from an occupancy of 5 persons. If four of you would like to have the main house and the granny flat, please contact us.
