Mill cottage is one of 20 holiday properties on the stunning private 28 acre 18th century Colmer Estate, which benefits from wonderful facilities including heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools, (outdoor pool heated from mid May to mid September), all weather tennis court, fitness suite, walled garden, small lake, table tennis, pool table, wildflower meadows, streams and woods, and within easy driving of South Devon's splendid beaches, and wild Dartmoor. The Colmer estate is set in a very peaceful location, in an unspoilt green valley in the heart of the South Hams, and yet there are local amenities including a pub and an award winning restaurant a few minutes walk away. There is something here for everyone. And nearby you can surf, swim, go canoeing, play golf, go on wonderful coastal walks....you name it!
