Positive: Super cute place. We were there for a weekend wedding at the Basilica. The location was perfect and met our needs. We were a little lost because the entrance is on the main street not the address street. A very friendly neighbor saw our confusion and asked if we were "looking for the rental". He showed us where to go. Surprisingly with all the units and all the permitted cars on the street, we slept soundly
Negative: Parking! You can only park your car in the single garage unit. There is NO PARKING ALLOWED overnight on the street and the street is jammed pack full of cars. We had 2 cars so we had to drive a few miles away to a Park and Ride to leave one of the vehicles. If you have only 1 car, it's fine. There is no garage door opener so you gotta get out to open the door and then close the door. It totally stinks when it's drizzling.
