Positive: Quite good location of the apartment, close to the central market (by foot), buses and metro. The apartment is freshly renovated and contains a large living room with open concept kitchen and two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. This would make it a good solution for up to 4 people. Two more people could sleep on the living sofa, however to access a bathroom they will need to trespass one of the two bedrooms. Nice kitchen fully equipped including full size fridge, electric cooktop, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, bread toaster, etc. Good size dining table accommodating up to 6 persons. New and very efficient A/C and ventilating system. Plenty of cabinets’ storage in the two bedrooms.

Negative: Please note this apartment is located at ground level with windows facing two inner courtyards. Lack of privacy: Due to the fact this is at first floor and the way the windows are laid there’s little privacy anywhere in the apartment unless the curtains are kept shut. Dubious cheap choice of green thick PVC windows coverings make the living room look strangely greenish (see picture). This choice may be cost effective in terms of cleaning, however it makes opening the window and door to the inner yard (declared terrace) very difficult due to the stiff PVC. Lack of natural light: Since the apartment is at ground level and all windows are facing inner yards there’s not enough light even at noon in the middle of summer in any of the rooms, hence you will need to keep the lights on almost all the time. The so called ‘terrace’ from the apartment description is actually shared with another rental ground floor apartment and once again doesn’t offer any privacy due to the cheap choice of the separating fence. Subsequently we never used the terrace due to its total lack of privacy.
