This home is exceptional! Located on a premium lot providing space and awesome views to the rear from the SOUTH FACING POOL extended deck. As you enter the home you are greeted by a bright airy family room and dining area which opens up to a stunning kitchen and breakfast nook. The kitchen has some stunning graphite stainless appliances, tiled splashback, pantry and charming breakfast nook with elegant pendant lights. There is also a Butlers pantry/bar area to make entertaining super easy. The King Master suite is on the 1st Floor and has access to the pool and lanai via a French door. There are 2 walk in closets and a large primary bathroom with garden tub, dual sinks and vanity area & separate shower. There is another Queen Master ensuite bedroom on the first floor for convenience and comfort. The bathroom can be accessed from the bedroom and the main part of the house, making this the ideal floor plan for larger groups. There is a large Flex room also on this level for working from home, relaxing in or hosting extra guests. The elegant staircase takes you to the second floor where you will find another Queen bedroom and two further twin room bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
