Beautiful beach-side condo featuring unobstructed ocean views from the living room, gourmet kitchen, and master bedroom. This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom 2016 built condo comfortably sleeps 4-6 and has everything to make vacation memories that will last a lifetime. Enjoy a breathtaking sunset sipping your favorite beverage around the dual fire pit table (propane included) or take a short walk down The Strand to the pier. Shopping, restaurants, and many activities are just blocks away! Disney+, XBox One X, WiFi and cable with premium channels are all included. Why Cake by the Ocean O'Side? You choose your vacation... relaxed... adventurous... your beach vacation at Cake by the Ocean O'Side awaits! Oceanside STR Ordinance: (We don’t make the rules, we just follow them) 1. Parking. Vehicles shall be parked in garage, driveway, & on-site designated parking spaces whenever possible. No vehicles shall be parked on a designated fire lane nor block or restrict access to adjacent properties. 2. Occupancy. The maximum number of occupants shall be two adults per bedroom plus two people per unit (including children). 3. Daytime Guests. The maximum number of daytime guests allowed in a STR unit shall be 10 guests, regardless of bedroom count. Daytime guests are allowed between 7am and 10pm. 4. Noise. Any disturbing, excessive, or offensive noises as defined in Section 38.17 of the Oceanside City Code shall be prohibited between the hours of 10pm and 10am. The gated & secured garage has 2 assigned parking spaces right in front of the condo. We also offer free remote parking with 24/7 video surveillance for additional cars, trucks, trailers and RVs at our office located 5 miles away.
