Positive: The location was amazing, so quiet yet walking distance to the village where there are a couple of pubs, local store & hairdressers (which one of the men used from our party 😀), and local walks. The house was extremely comfortable and had lots of space. Loved the fact that all the rooms were ensuite. A great place for a big family gathering, we had 9 grandchildren of various ages and 8 adults. The children loved playing pool in the pool room and had their own living room. 😀 We were so close to Shell Island, Harlech and other lovely beaches. Those that hadn't been to this part of Wales before, loved it. Kina (the owner) was very attentive. This place made it possible for our big family to get together at its very reasonable price. Thank you.

Negative: Minor for recommendation. We could just have done with somewhere to hang our clothes in the top room. A rail would work.
