Beautiful two bedroom beach apartment with balcony and Gulf views, directly across from Caddy's on the Beach restaurant on Treasure Island. Spacious 2 bedroom condo with 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and living room. The beach is a 30 second walk from the unit. Amazing location with beautiful views of the famous Treasure Island sunset. There are bands that play almost nightly to 11PM at both Caddy's and the tiki bar next door. (ATTENTION: ONLY 1 PARKING SPOT)
Master bedroom has a Queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, Gulf water views and a balcony with two chairs for sitting and watching the gorgeous sunsets. There is also a mini bar in the bedroom with a sink.
Master bathroom is a full bathroom with vanity sink, toilet and stand up shower.
Second bedroom also has a Queen bed, TV and ceiling fan.
Guest bathroom is a full bathroom with vanity sink, toilet and stand up shower.
Living room is spacious with room to lounge and watch TV. There is a sleeper sofa in this room, TV and gulf facing window.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, pots, pans, dishes, toaster, coffee maker and toaster. There are two stools at the breakfast bar as well as a dining table that seats four.
Between the accommodations, free WiFi, free parking space and location of this unit, it's hard to beat! Come see what you have been missing.
House Rules:

Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.
