Positive: Very comfortable beds. Close to all amenities. Spotlessly clean. Very accommodating and welcoming host. Ocean view with cooling sea breeze. Great pool with different depths suitable for all swimmers.
Negative: Strict rules around in pool activity - no ball playing or floaties due to being a residential community complex. Not a big issue but something to be aware of if you have younger people who enjoy that.
