Peaceful, tranquil East End getaway located between Calabash Bight and Fiddlers Bight, with unspoiled diving minutes away. Calabash is located on the Island of Roatan, in the Bay Islands, 30 miles off the coast of Honduras. Calabash is on the South shore of East End 40 minutes from the Coxen Hole Airport (RTB) and 60 to 90 Minutes from West End. Locals are very friendly and speak English and Spanish. The island style house/cabin includes a private pool, 3 bedrooms plus a large loft, large kitchen and dining area, internet, cable, fans, ocean breezes, 300-degree bay and oceans views, and sits about 100 ft. above the water. We have a total of 500 feet of bay frontage split between Fiddler's Bight and Calabash Bight, with deep water dock access. There is onsite services of caretaker for airport transfers and local transportation by boat and car. The Reef House dive facility is just 4 minutes away by our boat. On the main floor there are 2 adjacent bedrooms, with a queen bed with AC in one and a king in the other, which share a bathroom with a shower. There is comfortable sitting area in the living room to enjoy TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating. A staircase leads up to the loft bedroom, which has 2 double beds. On the lower level there is a private suite with a queen bed, AC, and bathroom. We have added a new TV, washer/dryer, refrigerator, and outdoor grill to the home. The wrap around covered deck has several sitting areas and hammocks which puts you high above it all with endless views of this tropical paradise. The large pool is below, with plenty of deck space and lounge chairs. The water frontage has a dock with a gazebo and swimming area. There are over 3 acres of property with a wide diversity of tropical plants, birds, iguanas and other animals to see and photograph. Onsite Services Our property manager is on call for all the arrangements of exploring the many wonders of the island. Transportation to local areas like BJ's, Reef House, and Oak Ridge are included. In-home island cooking or mid-week house cleaning can be arranged for you with advanced notification.
