It is a golf cart accessibly only community. A golf cart is provided. It is a 2 bedroom with queen beds and queen sleeper sofa. Community pool is available to renters. The cabin has a dishwasher and a small stackable washer and dryer, fire pit by the water, a pier to view the boat traffic and a BBQ pit on back deck. You can dock your boat right outside by the pier for easy on and off during your stay. Canal Bank offers a boat launch approximately 3 miles from the camp on The Diversion. There are several bars and restaurants close by that can be access by golf cart and boat, Lagniappe's, Tiger Hut Bar and Rum Buoy's. Kevin's, Canal Bank, Boondock's and Hilltop Restaurant can be accessed by car and boat. Brian's supermarket, Chris' pharmacy, King's Way gas station, Sarita's Bar & Grill, New Orlean's Daquiri, Dollar General, Subway can all be accessed by car. Linen's, towels, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, can opener, toaster, coffee pot are provided. Paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, garbage bags are not provided. Some general cleaning supplies are provided along with a mop, bucket and broom. We don't restrict access to the loft area, but we are not responsible for anyone climbing in loft area, we are not responsible for any injuries occurred by entering the loft area. Children must be supervised on walkway and pier at all times. We are not responsible for anyone falling or drowning in water. Renters must follow all golf cart rules. No one under 16 is allowed to drive golf cart. All golf cart path rules must be followed. Rules are posted in golf cart and in the cabin.
