Negative: There were little flying bugs in the downstairs bathroom. They crawled (and flew) out of the bottom of the wall near the vent. The bedroom with the hot tub off of the back door had a bed that squeaked every time you moved. It would have been nice to have had instructions for how to get the Smart TV to work. We muddled through, but being there to celebrate my Mom's 70th birthday, she couldn't figure out how to watch her favorite programs, like NBC basic programming Dateline. The Kleenex box had two tissues in it for the three nights, and there was no backup found anywhere. So forced to use toilet paper, which was pretty rough. Overall, the home felt overpriced for the quality of sleep and cleanliness.
