4 Bedroom Cabin in Pinetop

This beautifully decorated 3000 square foot Chalet style cabin sits on two private forested acres in Pinetop Country Club. The cabin features 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths to accommodate sleeping for 10 guests. The spacious family room is open concept to the fully stocked kitchen and large dining area with a wood burning fireplace for those cold winter nights. The family room has 3 entrances to the huge wrap around deck with grill and gas fire pit. Both decks overlook the 2 acre backyard forest with steps leading down to another sitting area with picnic tables in the forest. It is like having your own campgrounds!!! The cabin also features an upstairs loft area for reading and relaxing along with a full finished game room basement with large seating area with tv, ping pong table and foosball table The cabin is less than 2 mile to local favorites, Charlie Clark's Restaurant and outside Orchard (with fire pits and live music), Eddie's Country Store (great smoked meats and novelty jams and sauces), the famous Red Devil Pizza and infamous Lions Den. Cabin is less than 3 miles to the famous Hon-Dah Casino, endless antique shopping and 30 minutes to Sunrise Ski Resort. SUMMER/FALL: Air conditioning is provided though you will not likely need it. Summer highs 75 to 88 degrees with night-time lows in 40s & 50s. July and August afternoon thunder storms are not only awesome to experience but lower the temperature 20 degrees for the rest of the afternoon. WINTER: The gas and/or wood burning fireplace provides an enjoyable ambiance. Imagine sitting by the warm crackling fire on a cold winter evening watching the snow fall out the 22 foot high front glass prowl. Night time temperatures in the teens, bundle up if you go out! During the winter, we prohibit vehicles on the driveway before it has been cleared of any amount of fresh snow. Driving on fresh snow compacts the snow turning the relatively easy to remove snow into ice. The driveway is somewhat steep and about 60 feet long. If driven on, the icy driveway becomes very difficult to clear and dangerously slippery. When there is fresh snow, we get our snow crew up as soon as we can but it is possible that clearing may not happen as soon as you may prefer. Guests always have the option to clear the driveway themselves or leave a car on the street at the bottom of the driveway. If the policy is ignored, some or all of the security deposit may be forfeited. We understand this rule may not work for all guests and be a reason for not reserving our home. Additionally, the large outdoor decks are not cleared and we ask that guests do not track snow into the house. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about this or any other policy.
