To the front of the property is a deck with two seats and a table on which to enjoy a coffee in the morning sun. Entering through the front door the high ceilings and hallway lead to the sitting room with a large flat screen Smart TV, Bluetooth SONOS speaker, games, books and a unique motorbike cocktail caddy set in front of a mural wall of St Ives harbour, perfect for entertaining.
Heading through the hallway past the ground floor cloakroom is the kitchen where the extra wide hob and oven are perfect for budding chefs to put on the big feast. The booth dining table and seating is perfectly proportioned for hosting a special occasion or simply chilling and chatting. Outside the kitchen, to the rear, is a courtyard with wetsuit hangers and an outdoor shower for cleaning down after a hard day at the beach. There is also storage space for boards be they SUP, surf or body.
On the first floor there are two king size double rooms, each with Smart TV's, an adult bunk room, a shower room and a family bathroom. Up to the second floor and there is a fabulous ensuite, also with a Smart TV, which can be arranged as a twin or super king room and has the added advantage of desk study area for those needing to catch up on some work.
