You will enter into the open plan sitting and dining room. The seating area has squishy sofas set around a cosy wood burning stove. For entertainment is a TV & DVD player. The dining area has a good-sized dining table and chairs, ideal for family meals.
Head through to the kitchen where you'll find a NEFF oven, grill, gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, toaster and a wide range of pots, pans, crockery and utensils. There's a breakfast table in here with chairs too.
Heading further through to the back of the house is a utility area with washing machine, fridge with ice compartment, freezer and microwave. There is also a cloakroom with loo and wash hand basin.
Bryn Tegid has a bright and spacious master room with a king size bed. There is a double bedroom, one twin room and another bedroom with 4ft double and a single bed.

Beaumaris is a well known historic town on the Isle of Anglesey situated on the Menai Strait and overlooking the Snowdonia mountain range, making for the most stunning of sunrises. With its medieval castle (now a World Heritage site) dating back to the reign of Edward I and its Victorian pier, gaol and courthouse, it is also known as a major centre for yachting. Beaumaris is rich in history and retains much of its medieval street pattern. Further afield is the port of Holyhead, which has regular ferry links to Dublin. Beaumaris is a good central base for touring Wales, in a beautiful location on the south coast of the picturesque Isle of Anglesey, within easy reach of the spectacular mountains of Snowdonia.
