The historic little town of Usk is close by with its fairytale castle, independent shops, many pubs and famous floral decorations, as well as the appealing village of Raglan which also has a castle, pubs, farm shop, gliding club and award-winning butcher! Beautiful Monmouthshire has myriad attractions and eateries. Tintern Abbey and the market towns of Abergavenny and Monmouth are all under 10 miles. You can enjoy coarse fishing, 2 miles, exceptional golf courses (Ryder Cup 2010), as well as excellent walking locally in the Brecon Beacons, Offa's Dyke, Wye and Usk Valley. Beach 20 miles.
