The cottage is only a two minute walk from Fairbourne's renowned two-mile long sandy beach making it perfect for family seaside holidays. The accommodation has three bedrooms, the main bedroom benefitting from having a king-size bed and a modern bathroom. The cosy sitting room has a lovely large corner sofa, great for snuggling up on to watch your favourite film in the evening, enjoying a warming glow from the modern living flame-effect electric fire for those chillier evenings. The kitchen is well equipped with a spacious dining room with patio doors opening onto a wonderful decked area with rattan furniture, a perfect place to unwind and relax after a busy day building sandcastles or walking on the hills. This space is ideal for al fresco dining or to simply enjoy a glass of something chilled and take in the wonderful views of the surrounding countryside and scenery, encompassing the old Golwern Slate Quarry high above the village, nestled into the hillside.
