How cool is the Treehouse! This is an ultra-modern, steel and timber extension to a historic Art Deco-style country house. The home has been created to make the most of wonderful views. Sit and enjoy an evening drink while the sun sets over the Conwy estuary and sinks behind Conwy castle and the mountains beyond. If the weather's a little better you can explore the owner's beautiful gardens and some interesting artistic artefacts too. An artist who spent a year here created a hand-painted mural near the house featuring animals and birds the artist saw visiting the gardens during their stay. This memorable bolthole makes clever use of every inch of space, so although there is no bedroom the sofa easily converts to an oh-so-comfortable double bed. The kitchen area is brilliantly concealed in a cupboard and comes with all the equipment you need to cook a nice evening meal. That's if you ever dine in - there are so many wonderful places to eat out nearby.
Located just outside the estuarial village of Glan Conwy, The Treehouse is within easy driving distance of Llandudno, Queen of Welsh Resorts, the UNESCO world heritage site of Conwy and even closer to Bodnant Gardens, its wonderful Welsh Food Centre, and many country lane strolls.
Bedrooms: There is no dedicated bedroom as such but a very comfy and easy to use sofa that can be turned into a double bed.
Bathrooms: One bathroom with loo, sink, and bath with shower and screen.
Kitchen: The kitchen is actually a cupboard but all is there in small but perfect form! Oven / microwave, fridge, electric hob, toaster and kettle.
Sitting Room: Comfy seating for all guests, TV, DVD (on request)
Dining: There is a small table and chairs in the sitting room
Garden: A gorgeous garden with ponds, and little private places to sit and read. The RSPB bird sanctuary is just a few minutes flight away and some of the birds love a good day trip to the garden at St Francis' Grange.

Parking: There is off road parking in a private parking area close to the house.
