As the evening sets in, head down the rope-lined staircase to the spacious bedrooms, carrying through beamed ceilings and skirtings, offering a charming place to rest your head and unwind. Watchet itself is rich in history, and has maritime Museums of its past, whilst its newly built East Quay, located on the harbourside, homes a café, art gallery and studios. The lively esplanade supports local markets, street fairs and music events which reflect its diverse culture. Amenities include a vast mixture of small family-run shops, deli, butchers, a pharmacy, delicatessen, hardware, antique, clothes shops, doctors, post office, cafes, restaurants and pubs.
