Two comfortable bedrooms sleep four guests, making it perfect for a family, there is also alternative sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room if needed. As well as a feature fireplace dating from 1895, Divers Cottage has all the mod cons you need to stay entertained, including Smart televisions in the living room and both bedrooms. Fibre Wi-Fi, a Nintendo Wii and an Google Nest are available. This hidden gem has a charming outdoor courtyard complete with dining facilities and a charcoal barbecue, a great addition to the property being so close to the beach.
Keeping in line with its name, the Divers Arms pub is just on the corner and was believed to have been built on the proceeds of a smuggler and one of the world's first salvage divers. The iconic Grade II listed landmark in Herne Bay, The Clock Tower, is believed to be one of the earliest purpose-built freestanding towers in the UK, and is just a few seconds away, along with the beautiful beach front, restaurants, pubs and shops.
With everything you need on your doorstep, a car is simply not needed here; the train station is just under a mile away and has good connections to London for a family day trip out!
