Driving through the village, turn off through a gated entrance, appreciating the impressive Georgian-style house, Trearren, in which the apartment is housed. Located on the first floor, a short flight of stairs will bring you to the entrance and once inside you will feel at home with the spacious living/dining room, a contemporary social space with tasteful decor throughout, with the added ambience of an electric fire. The kitchen offers ample amenities to cater to your needs, tucked away into stylish furniture, so why not cook up a storm with your loved ones, which can be enjoyed with views across the grounds? When sleep calls, freshen up in the sleek bathroom, before catching your rest in one of the two beautifully presented bedrooms, choosing between a double with an en-suite, and a twin. Outside, at the rear of the house, you have a delightful private garden, where you can relax with a refreshing drink and enjoy the views of the former mining buildings brought back to life by the Poldark TV series. Steeped in mining history one of the many dramatic coastal walks, very close by, will take you past the iconic Wheal Coates engine house from where the view right down the coast to St Ives is amazing and not to be missed.
