The open plan kitchen, dining, living and sleeping area is bright and airy with a high quality finish throughout. French doors lead onto a raised decking area complete with your very own private hot tub. This pet friendly property will allow pets off the lead whilst on the enclosed patio but need to be put on a lead when in the garden or surrounding areas due to the property being on a working farm. Access to the property is down a farm lane, which is unsuitable for low profile cars.
Nestled on the owner's working dairy farm and set within a lush meadow overlooking the grazing cows. The delightful properties offer a great space to discover this sublime area of West Wales. Both properties boast a hot tub, beautiful countryside views and are just 5 minutes' drive from the golden sandy beach of Aberporth, a thriving seaside village on the stunning Cardigan Bay coastline.
You are placed to explore the wonderful coastline of Cardigan Bay with a variety of beaches a short distance away, including Mwnt with its iconic white chapel, Llangrannog, National Trust's Penbryn and Tresaith. For an adventurous day out, why not stroll along the Heritage coastal path and discover its natural beauty which is home to rare sea birds, bottlenose dolphins and grey seals.
