Situated next to the owners 19th century Coach House, The Bothy is a delightful detached barn conversion located along a quiet country lane approximately three miles from Ross-on-Wye in the hamlet of Phocle Green. As you step through the front door you will notice the beautiful oak flooring and the character beams and stonework typical of the Herefordshire area. The immaculately presented accommodation is set over two floors, with the attractively furnished and decorated spacious bedroom and en-suite bathroom, and cloakroom on the ground floor. Head up the oak staircase and you will find the open plan living area on the first floor, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable sitting and dining areas and French doors leading to the private patio area to the rear of the cottage. With its secluded aspect and countryside views the patio is the perfect spot to sit and enjoy an early morning coffee whilst you plan your days activities or enjoy alfresco dining. Lovely countryside walks are right on your doorstep and the location of this delightful Herefordshire cottage just under three miles from historic Ross-on-Wye, makes it the perfect base from which to explore any number of local attractions. The annual Ross Walking Festival offers walks of between three to eight miles and your four-legged friend will be welcome on some of them too. Why not spend time exploring the glorious countryside?
