Sunday Turn Day CABANA BOY is a delightful island cottage with a brand new pool and cabana house! This lovely home has been completely remodeled with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, living room, full kitchen and washer/ dryer on the top level and a completely separate ground level area with its own living room, electric fireplace, pull down full sized murphy bed, kitchen, bathroom and washer/dryer! The home has a fabulous new private pool with a separate cabana house, with cozy seating, Large Screen TV, refrigerator and water cooler. The upstairs has a lovely sun deck with a teak table and chairs and the ground level has a nice shaded covered patio with gas grill and outdoor enclosed shower. The back yard is completely fenced in with a privacy screen as well. BEDS: 2 Queens, 1 Queen Murphy Bed Amenities: Multiple large screen TV's, DVD player, ground level suite has full size Murphy bed, it's own kitchen, bath and laundry with covered patio overlooking the brand new pool. Top level has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room and full kitchen with large sun deck overlooking the pool area. Brand new 14'x30' private pool with separate cabana house with grill. Large yard with parking in driveway. NO SMOKING PRIVATE POOL PET FRIENDLY 2 dogs under 35lbs each. $75 Non Refundable Pet fee is required per dog
