Positive: Amazing vibes here! Wow! What a rare find these days. So much personality and soul in this large home. Huge place with swimming pool and billiard pool table and a meditation/yoga area. Can get cold during cold months, but the wood fireplace helps a lot (especially upstairs rooms which get quite warm from the fire). Some cute (sweet and clean) cats roam the area which makes it even more homey.
Summary: Amazing vibes here! Wow!
